A number of my Syddall family members (my Dad's line) came to England, at least two of them claiming to come from Dublin. I am unsure if they meant Dublin city or the county, as the Bolton enumerator just wrote Dublin. If anyone can help me to find anything about their Irish families, I would be grateful, but I know how difficult that is.
John Syddall married Esther Casey in Bolton, England in 1841. Her parents were John Casey and Jane. Esther was born abt.1832 in Dublin.
Sarah Casey, daughter of Robert Casey and Ann was born abt. 1824 in Dublin (again unsure exactly where). Some time between 1824 and 1861 she came to England She died in 1884 in Farnworth, Bolton.

There is a record of the baptism of Esther Casey 1833 with parents John & Jane on www.irishgenealogy (free site) The parish is St Andrews Dublin (RC)
The record of Sarah is also there with parents Robert & Anne 1823 parish is Dublin RC Rathfarnam
