It would be very difficult to find out specifics about a family given the early time frame. As you probably know, church records, land records, census records- are based on specific locations and they begin at different times for different parishes. Are you aware of the Hiett information on the link below? 

George Hiatt (1698-1793) born in either Bucks County, Pennsylvania or England or Greenage, Ireland? Removed to Frederick County, VA, married abt 1724 to Martha Wakefield (1705-1794) from Belfast, Antrim, Northern Ireland, to Guilford, North Carolina. They continued with the New Garden Monthly Meetings in Guilford, North Carolina until their deaths. Martha was a Quaker minister. SECOND GENERATION: GEORGE HIATT New Garden Mo. Mtg. John Hiatt, Jr. (or not?) (1696-1767?) born in Glastonbury, Somerset, England. Married to Rachel Margaret Wilson, 1720 in Bucks County, West Virginia. Child George Hiatt born 1698.

• Joseph Heitt was born ABT 1688 in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland, and died 27 JUL 1724 in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland.
