I have been searching for my mother for years. My original birth certificate lists my mother's name as Maureen Jane Kelly, Dublin Ireland. She would have been born some time in the 1940's. I believe that her father's name was Patrick Kelly and her mother Margaret Kelly or maybe Jane Kelly. I was born in Boston, MA on May 31, 1969. Papers that I read said that she was returning to Dublin. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We try to provide a genealogy service to people searching for relatives of the last two centuries. Generally speaking your query is too recent for this site to anwer. Records are unavailable and cannot be accessed, only by relatives.
My suggestion to you is to look at the indexes of births deaths and marriages on the site www.familysearch.org.
You may see your mother's record there and can then apply to the General Register Office for that certificate.
