I am researching the John David Lynch b.cal 1820 family from Ballynamanagh. He married a Ellen McCarthy.  They had eleven children beginning with Jeremiah b.about 1835.  I have tracked one child named David Lynch b. 1842 and married a Catherine Mangan b. 1845 in Cockhill. Other than this sibling, I have been unable to locate very limited information on the remaining ones. 

Jeremiah m. Jane Murphy-, 

Virtually no information on the following except birth dates on a few of them. Thomas, Mary, Margaret, Hannah, John b. 1840,  Ellen, John b. 1852, Denis b. 1854, Johanna b. 1959.  

If anyone has any information on this family or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. I have run out of ideas. I know they might be mentioned in the Killarney book that is sitting in the Killarney Library but I am here and the book is there.  Thanks so much.  Monashea

    Go to www.irishgenealogy.ie  I just searched the site and found the baptismal records for John (1840) and David (1842). You should be able to locate other siblings and possibly marriage records.

    I am a descendant of Jeremiah Mangan and Jane Murphy. I have been researching the Mangan family of Cockhill, Kilcummin for a while and have some names and dates etc. Would be keen to hear from you and hear your connection to the Mangans.

    Also, what is this Killarney book in the Killarny library you mentioned? Sounds like something worth checking out some day.
