I am searching for info on my great grandfather Bernard Pierce. He was born in Galway Oct. 1, 1864 and went to the United States (Boston) in 1882. He married Bridget Taylor from County Sligo in the United States in 1885. They had 10 children (Bernard, Winafred, Mary Verecunda, Mary F. , Joseph Henry, George Francis, Leo Thomas, Bertha, Matthew Christopher, Matthew Bernard. I was told he was born in Galway Bay but I do not believe there was a town named Galway Bay so the whereabouts of his birth are unsure.

married in Lowell, Massachusetts 28 Nov 1885
His Father: Michael His mother: Winnifred
Her Father: Thomas Her mother: Bridget
Will look on familysearch.org to see if it also shows there!
