The Loving Leftovers Booklet and the Heritage Food Project.
It is with thanks to Milltown NS, Belmont NS, Galway gastronomical heritage project and Galway County Council that we have been able to compile a range of recipes, stories, photos and drawings.
The booklet will be available free of charge and the heritage food project can be accessed online at milltown.galwaycommunityheritage.org.
The Cathaoirleach of Galway County Council, Eileen Mannion will launch the “Loving Leftovers Booklet” and the “Heritage Food Project” on the
Monday 12th of March at 12 o’clock in Milltown Community Centre
