Learn about the importance of Wetlands and their place in the overall ecological system. Wetlands provide:

  • water purification,
  • flood protection,
  • erosion control,
  • fish and wildlife habitats and
  • have recreational and cultural benefits.

We will also be exploring the Flora and Fauna of Wetlands.

Janice Fuller, consultant ecologist will lead the morning, outdoor and indoor.

The cost is €10.

Bring along a packed lunch and dress for the weather.

Morning snack will be provided.
