My grandmother Florence Gertrude Kelly was born 1900 in Portumna, Ireland

and left at age 19 to come to Connecticut, USA via Ellis Island, NYC. She was a cook

for a family in Wilton, Ct and married my grandfather Walter M Scribner. Her sister was

Nan Cochran who I think married a Flemming and stayed in Portumna. She had another

brother Willie Kelly who moved to County Sligo. Looking to see if there are any family

of future generations left in Portumna or County Galway.
