Where do I find Catholic Parish records for St. Nicholas, Galway City, 1887-1889? In 2008 Family History Center West provided me with Daniel D'Arcy's babtism found in St. Nicholas N& E combined Register 7 page 7 on May 21, 1888 and died August 16, 1888. They could not locate a marriage record for Mary and James or for James Jr born about May 1889.
On line records end at 1880. My grandmother's birth cert lists mother's father as J. O'Sullivan living on Fairhill Rd. James was a Constable.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
I just checked Roots Ireland for the marriage record in the western part of Co. Galway. I searched from 1878-1888 and did not locate the record. Is it possible the marriage was down in Cork or Kerry where the O'Sullivan name is very common?
