My great grandfather, John Thomas Boyle and his father, Thomas Boyle (married Margaret Brown, 2/14/1824 Castleisland) were farmers in Mullen, Leaha and Knockdown area. They were Roman Catholics and migrated to Ludlow Vermont late 1840s early 1850s. John Thomas' siblings were Michael, Mary, Bridget, Julia and Johanna. I know that the girls went to Vermont but don't know about Michael. Since many Boyles in Mullen were COI I'm wondering if they were related? Any info much appreciated.
