Hello,
I am looking for my husbands ancestors. They are Patrick Culleton 1760 and Joanna Murphy 1761. Joanna's parents were James Murphy and Bridget Keough. They all emigrated to Quebec, Canada in the early 1800's. I would love to know who Patrick's parents/family were, as well as Joanna's, and how many are still in Ireland.
Their son Denis married Mary Corcoran, also from Ireland.
Thank you also to Dr. Ed Culleton for posting his history about the Culleton name. It's very exciting to find even more rich history for my husbands ancestry. I would also like to know how closely related Ed is to our line.
