I am looking for the birth record for my Great-grandfather John Jospeh Quaid/ Quain0 born about 4 Dec 1869- in Crean  Limerick. His parents were William Quaid/ Quain born abt 1839 & Kate (Catherine) Fitzgibbons( b abt 1841)======================

  • Hi again,

    I am still in need of some help with regard to my Great grandfather's birth/baptism record.

    Could anyone help me? On his obituary he says he was born in Crean County Limerick , Ireland. I am pretty sure he was born about 4 Dec 1869 .

    His parents were was the son of  William Quaid/ Quain and Kate Fitzgibbons. They married in Bruff Limerick a 3 Feb 1867.

    William's parents were William Quaid/Quain and Nellie Fitzgerald- Apparently William was a School teacher - Nellie(helen or Ellen) died in March 1882- would love to know her parents names?? Where she was buried?? Her death record was found in NewCastle West records.  

    Can anyone help me???
