My name is Dennis Kilmartin - my great grandfather John Kilmartin left Ireland probably around 1845 & emigrated to Victoria Australia - his siblings Mary Ellen Johanna & William also emigrated. I believe has father was William Kilmartin & mother Ellen Rahilly/Sliney/Sheehy (various sources) & birth details for all siblings are given as Co.Tipperary Ireland.
My wife & I are visiting sot\uthern Ireland in August (2013) & will visit Galbally as we believe there to be some connection there. I would love to hear from any interested people.
