Catherine Bourke birth/Bapt Jan 1859

There are many Catherine Bourke/Burke In the Knockainey/Patrickswell Registers but none with the parents you mentioned. Will keep you posted.

the only Catherine Bourke born in Knockainey in 1858  according to the Parish Register of Baptismal & Matrimonial 1801-1899 is as follows:

Catherine Bourke was baptised on 3/8/1858 to a James Bourke and Margaret Casey

Godparents were: Nicholas Hayes & Jane Hayes

Other Catherine Bourke/Burke's born  either side of 1858  are as follows:

1822 Catherine Burke  parents Patrick Burke and Mary O' Brien

1861 Catherine Bourke parents James Bourke and Mary Quish

1866 Catherine Bourke parents Patrick Bourke and Bridget Madden

Check out a site called rootsireland.ie there is a Catherine Bourke baptised in st. John's church in Co. Limerick. As far as I know st. John's is in limerick city. They appear to have had about 8 children.  They may have married there in 1852
