Hi Jim, this is Shawn Harty from Andover, Mass.

I think you can can find your Margaret Harty parents after doing some digging.  If you get your DNA done thru Ancestry that will give you clues to other trees that might help.  We probably are not related but I have a couple years of researching Harty records so I took a look at yours. Also looking in Ancestry I see other public family trees with the same Margaret Harty and Thomas Condon but I don't see the parents listed for Margaret.  Do you have an Ancestry site ?

I see the marriage record for Margaret Harty and Thomas Condon. Married March 8, 1859. One witness that might provide a clue is Johanna Harty. Could be a sister or Mother.

Looks like they had at least 9 children before moving to Chicago. Here are their names and year born.  All in the same address.

I'm assuming you are already familiar with some of these names if I have the correct family.  Does it look correct ?

Thomas's parents were Richard Condon and Honora Bourke, they show 4 children as shown below.
