My 4th great grandfather, Michael Reddan, was born about 1790 in Tullabracky, Limerick. He was a farmer. The townland he lived in later was Ballynanty, which I understand is in the suburbs of Limerick city. I don't know if he inherited this land or acquired it later. He was married to Margaret Reddan. I have no info about her. I have found 3 of their children - James, Daniel, and Martin. Daniel (1813-1897)was my 3rd. great grandfather and he immigrated to Australia in 1838 after he married Brigid Carmody in 1836 in St. Michael's, Limerick. I am interested in any info on the family, especially about Michale and Margaret Reddan.

Seaverfamily:
I was not able to locate any baptismal records or the marriage record for Michael, Margaret and children on the subscription site Roots Ireland.
I did find an 1833 Tithe record for a Michael Reddan in Ballynanty Beg townland in Killeely civil parish which is as you indicated near Limerick city
http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/reels/tab//004625673/004625673_00051.pdf
I also located the marriage record for Daniel Reddan and Bridget Carmody at St. Michael's Limerick but the date was May 22 1835.
I did not find a civil death record for Michael Reddan which would indicate that he likely died before 1864 when civil registration commenced. There are two Margaret Reddan death records in 1870 and 1871 in the Limerick city workhouse. Both were widows but there is no indication of the name of their husband.

Michael Redden Tullybrackey, Bruff , Co, Limerick. I posted this before but I see no evidence of it. There is a Ballynanty, Bruff, Co. Limerick. and I would be very surprised if that is not the Ballynanty you are speaking about here. In reality this townland is only the next townland of Tullybracky.

PS;- At that time this may have been in the Parish of Manister.
