William Curran, 1848-1890, and Catherine Dignan, Duignan, 1844-1891 were the parents of my grandmother. They seem to have lived all around Longford, but Drumlish, Cloonelly, Annagh are mentioned most ofter. Their marriage was in a RC church in Leggagh in October 1868. Of their children, only Charles Curran, 1872 - 1953, remained in Ireland. The others all emigrated to the U.S. I'm visiting Ireland soon, and I would love to know where they (and Charles) lived, and what their lives were like.
