Addergoole (County Mayo)

Addergoole is a Civil Parish in North County Mayo. It has 52 townlands. In April 1912 fourteen men and women from Addergoole set sail from Queenstown, Cork for a new life in America. Within days, eleven had died in the icy waters of the North Atlantic, having boarded the Titanic on its maiden voyage.
