I am looking for information on John McLaughlin.  He was born in Ireland in 1807.  His wife's name was Catherine Rein (Rowan) and she was born in Ireland in 1823.  Their son, Hugh McLaughlin,  was born in Ballacastle County Mayo, Ireland on December 22, 1844.  How would I find out where John was born and where he is buried?  He died in Stabane, Ireland.  Also, how would I find out where Catherine was born and where she is buried?  My husband and I are coming to Ireland this summer and would like to visit the land where they once lived.  We also would like to see their graves, if that would be possible.

    I'm afraid there are 9 John McLaughlin (+ surname variants) 1807 birth / baptism records on www.rootsireland.ie/(subscription site)
    Each is from a different county and none from Mayo.
