I am a descendant of the Neary family from the Ballyloughan area. They emigrated to yorkshire in the late 1800's or early 1900's My Greatgrandmother was Bridget Nee Donaghue daughter of Michael and Honor Mc Hale. My greatgreat grandfather was Michael married to Bridget nee Connelly. Any information on any of these people would be gratefully accepted.

Records for the corresponding Roman Catholic Parish of Islandeady begin in 1839. I suggest you follow the advice outlined in my previous reply and search the suggested sites for your Islandeady ancestors.
