Murray/Keane connection

Trying to connect two families, based on minimal information.

Sarah Murray (age 90+) told me her mother was a Keane, related to the Keane's of Buffalo, NY, where I live. The oldest member of the Keane's of Buffalo is James Joseph Keane, born 15 Dec. 1882, Ireland. Sarah's mother was Mary Ellen (Keane, I think)born about 1874. I am trying to determine if these two are brother and sister. Sarah still lives in Islandeady. trying to connect her to my Murray family, as well. Thanks for the help!
