The paid site, Roots Ireland, has this record:
John Gahagan, date of baptism 11 Jun 1824, RC parish of Kildonduff/Swinford, parents - Thomas Gahagan & Anne Brennan, sponsors - James Gahagan & Catherine Gahagan. Residence unknown.
I did not find any record for his wife Catherine, but that parish has a gap in records between 1826 and 1841.

It includes your John.
