My gggrandparents were married in the parish in 1841. Their names were Bernard McEnaney and Mary Ward. They emmigrated to Canada after 1842. Settled in Kenilworth, Ontario, Would anyone know any info prior to 1841?

I assume your ancestors were RC. Unfortunately, marriage records for this parish do not start until 1872.

The 1823 Tithe listings for this parish show a lot of Wards http://titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/home.jsp I tried to search for McEnaney/McEnany but got no record.
The 1861 Griffiths for the parish http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths/monaghan/donaghmoyne.htm shows about six McAneany records so perhaps that was the spelling at the time.
I also searched on Roots Ireland for a Bernard McEnaney baptismal record from 1813-1823 in Co. Monaghan and got no record. Many churches do not have records back to 1820 or so.
