County Offaly

Co. Offaly, or Uíbh Fhailí in Irish, was once known as King's County. It is in the midlands region of Ireland with the River Shannon defining its western border. We are home to Birr Castle and Moneygall, which is the ancestral home of President Obama. Our county town is Tullamore and we have a population of approximately 78,003.
