Hi,
I am looking for more information on the Flood family who were from Offaly (King's County). After some research I believe they were from Banagher.
William flood 1852-1912 He was a saddler/harness maker who moved to Australia around 1870 and lived in Victoria at times in Longwood, Baddaginnie, Benalla and died in Wangaratta.
William appears to have a brother John who is possible a twin.
His Father Thomas Flood 1821-1890 was a Harness Maker/Saddler.
His Mother Bridget Cannon 1819-1874.
Bridget's name appears to be spelt differently at times in the registry. There is a Bridget Cannanan and a Margaret who I believe is her. She may have been dificult to understand or had a stutter perhaps.
Any information on them would be most appreciated.

Thankyou, there is also an entry for a John flood in 1853 Banagher. Thomas Flood and Margaret Cannanan. It's hard to read but I am wondering if John and William are Twins? The entry could Say John William. Bridget and Thomas look to be married there on the 2nd Fed 1850. Names are listed differently again.
