I am currently researching my Offaly roots and would like to connect with any distant relatives I have living in the Tubberdaly/Rhode/Rogerstown area. My paternal grandfather was Patrick Geraghty of Tubberdaly (son of James and Mary Geraghty (nee Heeney) and, amongst other siblings, he had a brother Jimmy, who I believe was a noted GAA Rhode footballer in the 1920s, and a sister Martha who married James Phelan of Rogerstown.
