It is unlikely that church records exist which would include the baptismal records for Thady Coll or Honora who were likely born in the 1780s. The only two Roscommon parishes with records back to the 18th century are Boyle (to the north) starting in 1792 and St. Peters Athlone (to the south) starting in 1789.

I found transcriptions for the baptismal records for Ann and Celia on Roots Ireland in Elphin RC church. Did not locate the records for Patrick and Michael. If they were baptized before December 1808 the records are likely not available. See link to Elphin register http://registers.nli.ie/parishes/0556 You can see the actual Ann and Celia records
