I am researching serveral families that immagrated in the 1830's & 1850's to the US from this area. They first settled in the east coast of USA. In a few years they moved on to Ohio and later to the Monroe, WI and Clinton, Iowa area. The family names were Connors, Drury, Mahr, McDevitt, Ward, McElligott and McDermott. Any help with this search wii be appreciated. Have more detailed in formation if necessary. Owen Drury and Winifred Finn were my grt, grt grand parents form tis area.. Thomas Connors and and Mary Morris were another set of grt, grt grand parents from this area. They all arrived in the period fro 1844 to the 1860's.

Judy,
I also have a similar Finn/Drury connection. My Thomas Finn was married to Bridget "Delia" Drury on 6 Jun 1918.
Bridget's siblings were Mary (b. 1883), Thomas (b. 1886), John (b. 1895) & Joseph (b. 1900).
Bridget's parents were Thomas Drury (b. 1853) & Bridget Gray (b. 1857)
You can view Bridget Drury's full data page at:

If you believe we may have some family connection I would look forward to hearing from you.
