There were no Michael Drummond births registered in Ireland in 1873.

I looked for baptismal records and the best I could find was an 1868 baptismal record for a Michael Drummy. The transcription is below. This record was in Ballysadare RC church and the mother was Bridget.

Thank you for your help. I really dont know if it is the right person. According to Michaels Army papers it said he was born1972?3 ? in Ballysasdare parish near town of Collooney.  From what i think I can make out his mothers address was Camphill Cottage Collooney. I dont know when he went to Scotland but had his medical for the army in Glascow 1/12/1891  but was in Canterbury 9/12/1891. He was discharged at the end of 1903. mHe married Annie Jessica Broad in 1902 in Ashford Kent.. I dont know where to look for his parents marriage certificate...presuming that I am able to do this or do I have to apply to buy a copy of it somewhere.
