I am seeking photographs / images of the work grounds behind the Birchgrove House just outside of Roscrea. My ancestors worked the old flax scutching mill that existed on the premises from the early 1850s to the mid 1880s.
There are a few images of Birchgrove House itself on the web but only one or two images of the outer buildings that served as the work houses for the scutch mill.
Any help would be most appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi Jeff, I am looking at older queries on the site, there are private Facebook pages on Tipperary history and genealogy and you may find someone to look. Also there is a Tipperary History webpage https://tipperarystudies.ie/historical-society/ and a local council site https://www.tippstudiesdigital.ie/
You could also try the local library to see if they have any photos or information.
Also the National Library of Ireland has a digital photo archive, think you can purchase them, if you search the area for old photos.
