Hi,
I am writing on behalf of Michael Hayes from the USA whose great-grandfather Lawrence Kinnane Hayes emigrated to the USA in 1911. Lawrence, his wife Julia Lyons and their children settled in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Lawrence Kinnane Hayes was born in Shronell on the 16 January 1880 and his parents were Michael Hayes and Johanna Kinnane. Michael and Johanna had fourteen other children with eleven still alive at the time of the 1911 census.
Are there any descendants of Michael Hayes and Johanna Kinnane still living in the Shronell area as Michael Hayes would like to make contact with them.
Any help with this query would be be most appreciated.

Has your client, Michael Hayes, taken a general DNA test which might reveal 2nd or 3rd cousins living in Ireland?
As a practice, we do not try to track/contact living individuals who might be related to a someone in the States, Canada, etc. Patricia has given you a couple of good sites to pursue.
I reviewed the 1911 census for the family which you mention. Of the four children living, I only found a marriage record for an Edward Hayes in 1912 shown at the second link. The third link, shows a 1915 death record for an Edmond Hayes from Shronell Beg. Possibly this record is for the same Edward.

I located this Geni article https://www.geni.com/people/Edward-Hayes/6000000083676318068 Maybe you can contact the owner Stephen Hayes and see if he is aware of relations in Ireland. Also, this article confirms the Edmond Hayes who died in 1915 was the Eward in the 1911 census record and who married in 1912.

The links you gave are related to Michael Hayes' ancestors. I understand your position on contacting living people on this site.
I will try contacting the owner of the Geni profile to see if they know of any cousins living in the area. I will also suggest to Michael that he could take a DNA test.
