January 26, 1852 at the house of her daughter, in Fairview Avenue, Dublin, in the 81st year of her age, ANNE SHORTT, relict of JOHN SHORTT, ESQ., of Newtownstewart, county Tyrone.
I recently came across this clue which has directed me to Newtownstewart and further looking at the Colqhouns indicates they were from the Crosh Estate. I am trying to ascertain who the parents of this John Shortt were. Any help would be grateful for. Thanks.
