Me Too ! Message Board Problem

I think I have sorted the issue with not being able to see replies or else it is a coincidence that the steps I tried happened to allow access at the same time that my replies were reinstated. Any way this is what I did. 

1 I ran a scan as administrator (sfc /scannow) there were no integrity violations.

2 I cleared my browsing history

3 I cleared the cache.

Suddenly I could see replies posted. As I said maybe it is coincidence but if you are locked out of replies then try what I did and see if it works for you, hopefully the problem will not recur.
