John B. McKenny (b. and Sophia Woods were married in Ireland (Tyrone?) about 1857 or 1858. Along with Owen Woods (brother to Sophia) and Catherine McKenny, they left Londonderry on May 1, 1858 (aboard the SS Elizabeth) and arrived in Philadelphia May 31, 1858. Other records state the McKennys were from Tyrone, but nothing more definitive than that. Does anyone know where/when John B. McKenny and And Sophia were married?
Where were John B. McKenny and sister Catherine McKenny from in Tyrone?
John McKenny's parents: Frank McKenny and Ann Barrett
Sophia Woods parents: Owen Woods and Mary Harvey
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Ireland Reaching Out!
McKenny in the 19th century was an Ulster surname so likely they originated in Tyrone or one of the neigboring counties.
I did a 10 year search on Roots Ireland for the marriage of John and Sophia but did not find a record. Civil registration of RC marriages did not begin umtil 1864. I do know that not all the Co. Tyrone RC parishes are on Roots (19 of 37) and a few parishes no longer have records back to 1857.
As you likely lnow the RC parish register are online on the NLI site but they are not summarized and you have to go through each register one by one. Find My Past.ie is currently working to summarize all the parish data including those parishes not on Roots. They are projecting a March release date. If you do not have access to Find My Past (subscription site) come back to me at the end of March and I will check FMP.
