My ancestors were:
George Crawford b. abt 1799 in possibly Donegal--parents were John and Margaret Crawford of Ireland
m. Sarah Rolston b. abt 1799 in possiblty Donegal--parents were John and Sarah Rolston of Ireland
They married in abt 1824 and they had four daughters in Ireland:
Margaret Crawford b. abt 1825
Mary Ann Crawford b. abt 1827
Jane Crawford b. abt 1829
Rebecca Crawford b. Feb 1831
The Crawford family immigrated out of Londonderry port in May 1831 to New Castle, Delaware. They migrated to Oakland Co, Michigan in 1837 were they stayed.

Hello Cheryl, I have been asked to look at old queries that are still open so here I am an inordinate amount of time later, no good news, both names are found in Donegal but a search of available records on Roots Ireland turns up nothing to hang my hat on, no children to George and Sarah and no marriage found, most of the Crawfords appear to be either Church of Ireland (Anglican) or Presbyterian, as we only look at church records, a lot of C of I records are missing, over 40% lost in the Civil War in 1922 as they were being centralised when the Public Records Office was hit by a shell. Presbyterian records are not always available but the denomination involved have different approaches, some do use the Church of Ireland as there was not always say a Methodist church in the area, also most did not put the mothers maiden name on baptisms.
There is a small chance that there is one record to assist but a tenous link, there is an 1805 baptism 15th Feb. in Donegal, Mary Roleston, mother Rebecka McAdoo, and father John Roleston. Address is Glenfanet, CLONDAVADDOG, Donegal. One of the children you list is a Rebecca hence the small link.
