Hello, My grandmother Mary Catherine Whelan (birth record has her as Mary Ellen Whelan) was born 15 May 1867 in Dungarvan, baptised 16 May 1867 in St Mary's Church. Her parents were Thomas Whelan and Johanna Broderick. She married my grandfather John J. Hogan who was born 7 April 1867 in Clashmore. They married in Gloucester, Massachusetts in 1898.
