Hugh Byrne grave in Old Kilmyshall Graveyard

When visiting Bunclody last year, I stopped by the old Kilymyshall graveyard. My great-grandfather Bernard Kelly was born in 1857 in Rossard to Thomas Kelly and Winifred Byrne. In the graveyard I found a plot that contained graves of both Kellys and Byrnes together. The most prominent gravestone was for Hugh Byrne (died 1958) and his wife Mary Byrne (died 1971) and son Patrick (died 1989). The grave was much better tended to, than the rest of the graveyard that was quite wild. There was even a flower pot that did not seem that old. Does anyone know who might be visiting/tending this plot, and is there any chance they are related to my Kelly/Byrne ancestors?
