From what I can see from the 1901 census, the families you mention were Church of Ireland. Unfortunately, all of the C of I parish records for Moyne parish prior to 1879 were lost in the Public Records Office fire in 1922.
You may be able to start with the families in Slieveroe in the 1901 censushttp://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/pages/1901/Wicklow/Ballinglen/Slieveroe/ and work backwards using civil BMD records back to 1864 and also C of I marriages from 1845-1863. Use the free site www.irishgenealogy.ie
