I am interested in tracing any information on a James Nolan who lived at 32 Main Street, Eyrescourt, he lived their in 1911 and was a Saddler, his wife's name was Katie a Tipperary woman. The census of 1911 is the last information the family knows about them, any information would be a great help.
Hello,
I will ask about the parish to see if we can find outany information on James Nolan,

I should have added that they had a daughter May (Mary) born in 1908, I was wondering if your church records would have any information about her maybe her baptism and her mothers maiden name. Maybe she grew up locally and died in the parish, any information please.

Hello Michael,
I was in contact with Pat Haverty a local man from outside of Eyrecourt with an interest in heritage. He told me he knew of Nolans in Eyrecourt I am to meet up with him in mid July and he will show me the head stone to a member of the Nolan family I will photograph it and put a picture to it on the website here. Also I will get an information he has and give it to you.
Regards

My 3G Grandfather James Nolan and his wife Julia (nee Doherty) left Eyrecourt in 1835 with a 1 yr old son named Stephen. The James Nolan that lived there in 1911 could have been decended from a relative of James. Has anypne heard from Pat Haverty regarding his knowledge of Nolan's in Eyrecourt? I was in Eyrecourt last year and it seems that there are no longer any Nolan's in the area.
