Searching for relatives of Marian Kelley, late 1800s

Most Irish record sources- parish records, land records, census records- are based on specific locations. It will greatly help you in your search if you could find a specific place in Dublin where Marion was born/lived. Do you have any documentation that mentions a townland/parish/village within Dublin?

As he was born in the late 1800's he may appear in the 1901/1911 census records. If you know the names of any family members this will help you confirm/disregard any results returned. If you can find him in the records, this will give you  plaename which will then enable you to search the church records. You can do a search of the census records here:
