Bruff Parish "Week of Welcomes"

Hello, I am writing regarding a message sent to my sister, Margaret Harris via Ancestry.com.au. Mark Nagle wrote to her about a "Week of Welcomes" in Bruff in the first week of July 2013. Margaret as been researching the Collier family. She is not sure which ancestor is connected to the Bruff Parish, but thinks it may be the Thornton family. My husband and I will be travelling overseas at this time and would love to come to your " Week of Welcomes" if I can find our ancestor. Can you please tell me how to find out who our Bruff ancestor is? Can you email information directly to me or do you have to go through Ancestry.com.au? My sister Margaret is a member of Ancestry, but I am not. What type of events will be happening in the "Week of Welcomes"? I live in Burnie, Tasmania, Australia.
