William KINCADE was born about 1796, probably earlier, in Ireland, near Londonderry but in County Tyrone. He died on 17 Dec 1883 in Adelaide Township, Middlesex County, Ontario, Canada. William was married three times and fathered 23 children. He immigrated to Adelaide Township about 1841.

William KINCADE and Eliza GRAHAM (his third wife) were married about 1840. It appears they were married in Ireland .  Eliza GRAHAM (could be Gormley or Gromley) was born on 1 Nov 1814 in Ireland , likely County Derry. She died on 4 Feb 1889 in Adelaide Township,

William KINCADE and Eliza GRAHAM had the following children: All were born in Adelaide Township.

                Letitia KINCADE was born on 4 May 1842. She never married and died on 11 Sep 1928 in Balgonie, Saskatchewan, Canada.

         Thomas Herbert KINCADE, was born 24 Mar 1845; married Jemima ARMSTRONG, about 1877 and died 31 Mar 1915, in Huron Township, Huron County, Michigan, USA. He had 5 children.

                James KINCADE was born in 1847. He never married and died on 23 Jun 1934 iin Strathroy, Middlesex County, Ontario after spending most of his adult life in Saskatchewan.

                Anthony KINCADE was born on 28 Apr 1849. He never married died on 8 Jun 1928 Balgonie, SK.

         Mary Elizabeth KINCADE,was born 5 Jun 1853. She married Edward Huggard HASTINGS in Saskatchewan; and died 12 Jun 1926,in Balgonie, Saskatchewan. She had no children.

                Angus KINCADE was born in Jun 1854.. He never married and died on 28 Aug 1921 in Mt Brydges, Middlesex County, Ontario after spending most of his adult life in Saskatchewan.

         George KINCADE was born about 1855. He married Elizabeth HAMILTON, 4 Jul 1885, in Strathroy, Ontario and died 20 Feb 1932, in Guernsey, Saskatchewan. He had no children.

William KINCADE and his 2nd wife were married about 1820 in Ireland , likely in County Derry or Tyrone.  His 2nd wife probably died between 1835 and 1839 in Ireland, likely in County Tyrone. Their known children, all immigrated to Canada before 1842 and all were born in Ireland, probably in County Tyrone, are as follows:

                Isabella KINCADE was born about 1820 – it is unknown if she married.

                Elizabeth KINCADE, was born about 1821, married Angus MCDOUGALL, about 1845 and died 16 Apr 1857, in Wallaceburg, Kent County, Ontario, Canada. She had 6 children.

                Jane KINCADE was born about 1822 – it is unknown if she married.

                Matilda KINCADE was born about 1828 – it is unknown if she married..

                Robert KINCADE, was born in 1829,and  married Mary MATHER, 27 Aug 1851, in Delaware, Middlesex County, Ontario. He died 31 Jan 1909 in Adelaide Township. He had 4 children who lived to adulthood.

               . Rachel KINCADE was born about 1834 – it is unknown if she married.

                William J KINCADE was born about 1834 – it is unknown if he married.

                John KINCADE was born about 1835 – it is unknown if he married.

William KINCADE and his 1st wife probably married about 1810 in Ireland , likely in County Derry or Tyrone. She likely died before 1820 in County Tyrone. They may have had up to 8 children. It is unknown if any of them emigrated from Ireland.

Isabella TODD and her husband Anthony lived next door to the KINCADE’s in Adelaide Township for almost 20 years (until they died). Both TODD’s were born about 1785 in Ireland, likely in County Tyrone. It appears they had no children. TODD’s had roots in Greystone (aka Cavancreagh townland), Donagheady Parish, County Tyrone. Both likely died in Adelaide Township, Anthony in 1848 and Isabella about 1860. Isabella may have been William KINCADE’s sister? Anthony received a land grant in Adelaide Township from the Crown for military service in 1833 and may have enticed his brother in law to join them.
