Michael O"Reilly married Rose Anne Finnegan ? They had a child Michael O'Reilly born 1865 in the County of Caven.
Michael Married Elizabeth McConomy who was born in 1864 in Magherafelt Count of Derry. Elizabeth's parents were Michael and Mary McWilliams.

Rootsireland (pay to view) has a match for a marriage between Michael Reilly and Rose Finegan in 1851 in Co. Cavan.
There are 6 Michael Reilly births in Co Cavan in the statutory registers for 1865, all registered in Cavan town. If you get no other leads you might order them (details are on familysearch) to see if the parents were Michael & Rose. That would then lead you to a townland and a parish in which to search more specifically.
Don?t worry about the O? prefix when searching the records. That was detachable and families often ignored or dropped it.
