Unfortunately, it may be difficult to go further back as there are not that many records available prior to this-in fact you are actually quite lucky to be able to even get back as far as 1746. Hi Bill,

I'm a fourth-great-granddaughter of Jane who married into the Neelins in the late 1700's, descending from her son William Neelin.

I have information on the descendants sourced initially from a handwritten note on her family history written by my great-grandmother Sarah Jane (Acton) Bates, which I have been able to flesh out further with Canadian census records and birth, marriage and death registrations.  Let me know if you're interested and I can send some reports your way.

I, too, have been unable to get back any further than Jane, although I suspect her Neelin husband was named Joseph, given that's what her first born son was named.
