I am wanting to find specific location information on following ancestors:
George Graham 1803 - 1860 married to
Margaret Wilson 1802 - 1889
They are supposed to be natives of Tyronne County
Emigrated to Canada
Children names - John, Thomas, 2 daughters

Statutory recording of marriages didn?t start in Ireland until April 1845. Prior to that you are heavily reliant on church records. Not all are on-line. You really need some additional information, from Canadian sources, to try and narrow the search to a specific parish or townland in Co. Tyrone. You also need to know the couple?s exact denomination. Otherwise it?s the proverbial needle in a haystack, especially with surnames as common as Graham and Wilson.
Typical sources are censuses, military records, garvestones, obituaries, wills.

Hi Doug,
I had a look on rootsireland for George & Margaret and got a few results.
I searched baptisms / births for George Graham Tyrone 1803 + - 2 and got a baptism in 1805
The parish is Drumragh
No luck with births/ baptisms for Margaret Wilson in 1802 + - 2 - there was an 1801 in Derry and an 1803 in Limerick. However, in Tyrone in later 1828,1831,1832,1835 & 1836 there were baptisms for her in Tyrone - 1828, 32 & 35 in Mountjoy Presbyterean parish.
The only Tyrone marriage record of George Graham (but not Margaret Wilson) was 1849 in Strabane registration district.
You might want to try the Find My Parish option at the top of this page and post your original message on the Drumragh page. Mountjoy and Strabane don't have their own page.
