John Coleman/Mary?Cullen married 17th February 1897 in Dublin, as stated on my fathers birth certificate he was born 5th Dec. 1915 in Glasgow Scotland, it also states my grand father was an Iron Planner, any info would be a great help as this is as far as I can get, thankyou.

Hi Chris,
I searched rootsireland.ie for the marriage of John Coleman & Mary Cullen 1897 + - 1 year but got no matches.
I tried for just John Coleman and got 2 matches - probably the same 1 twice as they often were enterd more than once.
I searched baptisms/births for John Coleman born 1873 + - 1 year and got 3 matches: John Joseph 1874 John Christopher 1872 & John Henry 1874. Do you happen to know his second name?
rootsireland.ie is a pay site so it costs a few $ / Euro to buy the records.
Do you have a source for the marriage record?

Hi Col, thanks for trying to help, I'm afraid the only info I have is as above, taken from my fathers birth certificate, I am puzzled as to why I can't track down their marriage licence.
