I am trying to find any information about my great grandfather Wilson George Menagh. He was born in Tyrone about 1850 and his father's name was George. By 1871 he is in a fever hospital in Liverpool. He remained in Liverpool and married and had children. I know quite a bit about his life in England but nothing about his Irish roots. Any information that you have that can point me in the right direction about his family or where he lived would be greatly appreciated.
