I am looking for information on my GGmother Mary Ann Mitchell who according to the 1911 census in Liverpool was born in Co Roscommon. According to various census and here marriage certificate in Liverpool she was born 1850-1854'
Her siblings were James c1855, Bidelia c1857 and Michael c1861 all Ireland.
Their parents were Peter c1914 Ireland and Bridget c 1915 Ireland.
Any information would be welcome.

I looked at the 1855 Griffiths Valuation head of household listing for Co. Roscommon. There were two Peter Mitchell entries both in Termonbarry civil parish. It is likely that the two records are for the same person. The island was only 2 acres in size and may have been a smaller holding. Possibly this is the Peter Mitchell mentioned in your message. I also looked for a James Mitchell and a Mary Anne Mitchell in Roots Ireland baptisms for Co. Roscommon with no success. However, Termonbarry RC records do not start until 1865 in Roots which may explain why I did not locate a baptismal record.

Sorry I am late responding to you. The Information on Peter Mitchell looks very promissing.
He came to Liverpool between 1861 1nd 1871 so the date of 1855 fits
