In the meantime, I found a record of the family in the 1911 census records, I?m not sure if you have seen it already, in case you haven't here is the link:

In the 1901 census there was a Murray recorded as living on the Chapel Grounds aswell, this is a Charles Murray,49, retired Sea Captain.. I wonder if there is a connection:

You could try finding Peter and Elizabeth?s marriage certificate, this may give you some more information such as their fathers? names. Do you know roughly when they were married? Given the time period there will be a civil record of the marriage. Civil records are available from the General Register?s Office. Here are their contact details:
