John Wright?s marriage to Evelyn Gamble was registered in Belfast Jul ? Sept 1899 Vol 1, Page 363.
You can order a photocopy of the certificate from GRO Roscommon for ?4. http://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/Apply-for-Certificates.aspx
You have to download and print off the form. Then either post or fax it back to them. You can?t e-mail it to them. However if you want them to e-mail the cert to back to you, they will do that, so tick the relevant box.
Put the reference details on the form (anywhere). Don?t worry about leaving some boxes blank. As long as GRO have the location, name(s), year, quarter (where there is one), volume and page number they should find it.
For births, deaths and marriages in what is now Northern Ireland (Armagh, Antrim, Down, Fermanagh Londonderry & Tyrone) you also have the option of viewing the certificates immediately, on-line on the GRONI website:
(You will need to open an account and buy some credits. However you will only be able to view the certificates. GRONI won?t allow you to print them off).

I recently saw a copy of my great grandparents' wedding licence, Eva Gamble and John Wright. My great aunt Eva (Evelyn) was 17 when she came to Canada and I believe settled in Galt, Ontario. She was later joined by my great grandmother, and her other surviving children- Jim, John, Dollie,Henry, Louisa, and Harold (my grandfather). I came across your notice when I was searching for further information about them. I followed up with the 1911 census from the address in your notice to confirm the identity. My father is still alive and is currently living in New Brunswick. He was very excited when I sent him a copy of the census as well as a copy of his grandfather's will from 1916.
